- Collect necessary permits and yatra registration if not already done.

- Preparation: Ensure you have all required items for the trek (e.g., warm clothes, rain gear, ID proofs).

- Overnight Stay: Srinagar.

Day 2: Srinagar to Baltal

– Trek to Amarnath Cave

- Early Morning:

- Drive from Srinagar to Baltal (95 km, approx. 3-4 hours).

- Breakfast en route.

- Trek or Helicopter:

- Start your trek to the Amarnath Cave (approx. 14 km, 6-8 hours by foot).

- Alternatively, take a helicopter from Baltal to Panjtarni and then trek 6 km to the cave.

- Darshan: Visit the Amarnath Cave for darshan of the ice Shivling.

- Return:

- Trek back to Baltal (if trekking the same day) or camp near Panjtarni for the night.
